Hot Foil Die Cutting Machine
Die-cutting machines can also be equipped with the country leading hot-foil stamping unit. The attachment is capable of
running 2 to 4 colour foils using the full width of the machine the length of the pulls and number of repeats are fully
programmable for each individual job. The machine comes equipped with plc to control servo / stepper motor and drive
which ensures maximum accuracy and minimum foil wastage. The heater has “W” heating rods that let you control the
heat at any point and correct heat transfer to every point of heating plate. It comes inclusive of counter for impressions, foil
pulling shaft with rubber pressure roller, roll winding and unwinding set, gap adjusters and all other necessary spares.
