Our automatic 2/3/5/7 corrugated production lines are designed for high production and minimum maintenance requirement. Which can produce corrugated paper board correspond to national standard with high quality. The all machinery is CAD Designed for low tolerance in designing and high efficiency output. In house capability for production of High-Speed types of fingerless single facers, overhead bridges, pre conditioning Pre- Heaters, Reel Loaders, pre heaters, Pneumatic and PLC type gluers, heavy duty robust double facer, thin blade slitter scorer, NC sheet cutter, auto down stackers, glue tanks etc. We also use imported high quality parts as per according to customer requirement. We design our production lines as per customer specification and requirement. We discuss and offer the heating option from Electrical, PNG, Oil heating and steam heating mediums to our clients. Plant available ranging from 800mm to 2500mm with speed of 40 to 250 meter depending upon the size and specifications. Plant Length Ranging from 20-90 meters and 60-250kw of power depending upon the size and specifications.
